What is mental training and how does it work?
Mental training supports you in consciously directing your thoughts, releasing inner blocks, and finding new ways of thinking and acting. It helps you reduce stress, boost your self-confidence, and pursue your personal or professional goals more clearly.
We work specifically with your imagination, your beliefs and your inner resources.


How does mental training work?
A mental training session begins with a brief conversation in which we clarify what is currently on your mind and what you would like to change or strengthen. Depending on the topic, we use specific exercises—for example, for relaxation, goal visualization, emotional stabilization, or to promote inner clarity. You’ll be guided to mindfully tune in to your inner self, become aware of your thoughts, and develop new patterns of thinking and behavior.
Mental training is a very personal and practical method—no prior experience is necessary.
Sessions take place either on-site at my practice in 1210 Vienna or conveniently online via Zoom—whichever works best for you. Whether you’re looking for a new direction, want to handle stress more effectively, or work on a specific issue, mental training offers you a safe space for personal growth.
